New political party into the horizon of AP politics

Introducing a new political party in Andhra Pradesh demands more than financial prowess—it requires a commitment to the people's welfare.

As Mahatma Gandhi once said, *"You must be the change you want to see in the world."*

A new party's foundation lies in a shared ideology among founders, executives, and the general council.

In the spirit of transparency and accountability, the party should emulate the words of Abraham Lincoln: "You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time."

Openly sharing expenditures and donations fosters trust, enticing more members to join.

Equal opportunity for leadership, irrespective of individual importance, mirrors the principles of democracy. As John F. Kennedy asserted, "Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other."

The party should prioritize engaging with voters beyond electoral cycles, transcending social divides.

Launching in the midst of elections calls for a focus on people, not power. As Nelson Mandela wisely stated, "It is better to lead from behind and to put others in front, especially when you celebrate victory when nice things occur."

This selfless approach will resonate with the voters of Andhra Pradesh, forging a meaningful connection beyond the ballot box.

I hope All new political parties in the Horizon should take these things seriously into their constitution, so that they can earn the trust of voters of AP among the lot.

  1. Lovely blog. It sets a high bar for political conduct, which is admirable and necessary, it also opens up a conversation about the delicate balance between idealism and pragmatism in politics. To bring about effective and meaningful change, this idealism needs to be combined with a pragmatic approach that considers the complexities of real-world politics. This includes acknowledging and addressing the intricate realities of voter behaviour, party dynamics, and policy implementation challenges that are inherent in a democracy as vibrant and diverse as India’s.
Such discussions are crucial for evolving political discourse and for striving towards a political system that not only aspires to high ideals but also effectively addresses the practical needs and aspirations of its people.
